Spice Up Your Diet Plan
Are you on a diet? If
so, are your taste buds crying? Do they beg for
tasty, zippy foods that just aren't currently part of
your diet plan? If so - let's turn up the volume
and bring on the spices to spice up that dull, flavorless
diet!
The good thing about
spices is that they contain ZERO calories. Here
are a few of our favorite spiced up, diet friendly entrees:
Chicken
- Sprinkle like heck with lemon pepper - then roast
in oven.
Plain Bread
- Spray well with no calorie butter spray, then sprinkle
on garlic salt. Pop under the broiler for delicious
Garlic Toast - which contains the same amount of calories
as plain bread!
Yams - For
NO added calories, mash, then add no calorie butter
spray, a scoop of Splenda and sprinkle with cinnamon.
