Free Diet Menu - Misty Island Lunch Diet Menu
Grab your thongs (yes both of them) (this goes for you guys, too!) and let's get friendly with this wild Misty Island diet menu that will add the song of a bird into your happy diet day.
Menu contains about 450 calories and serves one hungry dieter!
Misty Island Salad: Create a Diet Salad Tidal Wave even without all that fatty salad dressing. Here's how: mix together the following or a combination of the following to equal 4 cups - lettuce, shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes, raisins or currants, 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds, raw spinach, 1 teaspoon of dried cranberries, a dash of celery salt, 1/4 cup of chopped cooked lean chicken breast and the juice of one orange.
Add salt and pepper to suit personal taste. You may also add as much of the following to your salad as you desire: chopped onions, cucumbers, radishes, carrot, bell pepper and broccoli trees.
Also enjoy 1 French breadstick or a roll of your choice.
Key Lime Diet Pudding - Fold 6 Tablespoons of fat free whipped topping into a single serving size of Key Lime Pie Yogurt (80 calories) and a spoon of Splenda. Top with grated lime rind if desired, or a twist of lime.
May add coffee/tea if desired prepared with low fat creamer and no calorie sugar to menu.
