The Witch's Roasted Hen: Roast a small skinless chicken breast in thy oven until golden brown that hath been gingerly rubbed down with lemon pepper, cracked pepper and just a dash of cayenne pepper. Enjoy with 1 baked potato topped with as much no calorie butter spray as thy desires, 1 teaspoon of bacon bits and 1 Tablespoon of light sour cream, salt, pepper and chives - if they so desires. Add 1 cup of fresh green beans to your feast.
May add coffee/tea if desired prepared with low fat creamer and no calorie sugar to menu.
For dessert, grab an apple and toss into microwave for about 5 minutes, then add ground cinnamon, Splenda and no calorie butter to suit personal taste. Be thee careful of hotness pent up in apple.
