Free Diet Menu - Divinely Yummy Jewish Breakfast Diet Menu
Recipe for Quiche Royal - Serves 8 generously for about 175 calories per slice
- Ingredients
- 1 Uncooked Pie Shell
- 1 Carton of Egg Substitute
- 1 ½ Cups of skim Milk
- 4 Slices of Bacon, Microwaved & Crumbled
- ½ Teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon of Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 ½ Cups of Reduced Fat Monterey Jack Cheese
Bake pie shell till almost done, then remove from hot oven. Stir together remaining ingredients in a large bowl & pour into shell.
Bake in 325 degree preheated oven for about half an hour, or till knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
Let goody stand 10 minutes before eating. Thy may’st enjoy 2 slices of Quiche Royal. Add 2 cups of fresh vegetables to thy meal or a salad.
May add coffee/tea if desired prepared with low fat creamer and no calorie sugar to menu.
