Exercises You Can Do At Work - Desk Gymnastics

Exercises that you can do at work seems to be a popular topic these days.  We've even got a few suggestions at this site but our recommendation is: "Don't exercise while performing your tasks at work!"

If your position requires constant movement, then you are doing enough.  Concentrate on your job, then when you are done, take time to enjoy your activity time - even if it's later after you get off work.  If your job is cramping you up due to inactivity, then take a break and enjoy a short walk.  A short walk will do much more for your body and your health than sporadic Desk Gymnastics.  

The Right Exercise for Weight Loss

A person doesn't need to incorporate exercise to lose weight BUT what's the sense of losing weight if fitness is lacking?  A weak heart, brittle bones, lost muscles - it's what happens when we become petrified, such as when we spend too much time in front of our desks and televisions.
