Too Many Diet Questions
Are you being questioned
to-death about your diet? How much weight have
you lost? What do you weigh now? How much
more weight do you have to go? Just how fat were
you? How did you do it?
These questions are enough
to drive some dieters into drinking a non-diet soda.
While there are a number of dieters that welcome
these type questions, others may feel like it's an invasion
of Diet Privacy. They may feel embarrassed over
their prior weight, or under the microscope - penned
by too many questions.
If this is your scenario,
try to keep in mind that people are naturally curious.
You may be the star of their conversation, but
most of us are too focused on our own problems that
we quickly forget other's. And if you really don't
want to be questioned to death, it's totally okay to
let the curious person know that in a nice way.
