Diet Plan Under the Microscope
If you are doing everything required on your diet and just can't seem to lose any pounds, it's time to take a good gander at your diet plan. Here are just a few things that could lead to Diet Stall-Out:
Too many calories for your new weight. At the beginning of your diet, your starting weight may have supported the set calories, but as an individual loses weight, many times a calorie-adjustment is necessary for weight loss to continue to ensue. Unfortunately, that adjustment is almost always a decrease in calories rather than an increase. Also leading to Diet Stall-Out are: too little activity, too much sodium in the diet (Water Retention King of Queens), period time, and too little fiber in the diet plan which leads to constipation (you may have a need to dump those pounds).
