How to Enter the Weight Loss Maintenance Phase
Before exiting your diet plan, stop - look - listen to your body talk. Although you may be ecstatic over your weight loss success, unless you properly exit your diet plan, weight gain is almost guaranteed. And you sure don't want that to happen after you have worked so hard losing weight. Unfortunately, it happens to about 95% of dieters.
So that it doesn't happen to you, exit your current diet plan SLOWLY. Slowly test new foods, as well as the amount you eat and monitor your weight very carefully. If you see a weight gain, revert back to your diet plan until the weight recedes. Regaining weight may happen in 95% of dieters, but it won't happen to you if you don't let it! Take control, master your post-diet phase of your life, and never, ever regain the weight again.
