Foods containing a lot
of fat can end up adding pounds to our shape and gunk
to our arteries. The bad thing about foods containing
fat is that they taste so dog-gone good!
Foods that are high in
fat are generally high in calories, thus the weight
gain connection. Years ago, there was a diet circling
the Diet Village that centered around no more than 30
grams of fat per day. Although fat in the diet
can be a bad thing, not enough fat in the diet can also
be a bad thing causing everything from hair loss to
lack-luster nails.
So get ample fat in your
diet - but do such in moderation!
