DIETING INFORMATION
The terrible truth
is that dieting is actually an extremely complicated matter. The reason
is because everyone is created differently.
We all have different genes,
different speeds of internal food processors, and are from different ethnic
backgrounds. Therefore, everyone's body works a bit differently, so there can't
be a prescribed dieting plan that is set in stone.
What we do have
as a pattern are 'averages' that have been studied over time. These findings
produced the standard weight charts, the amount of calories that the average
person expends, the nutritional daily foods that we need and so forth.

charts
which will help you determine that information. You'll need to pick the
LARGEST number in the chart for your goal weight. Once you reach that
weight, you can decide at that point if you need to lose more.
