HOW THE HINEY GOT UN-TINY

Long ago and far away we all started out with a tiny hiney.   Think about it. Diapers don't come in that many sizes for newborns, do they?   So yes, we all start off about the same - generally within 10 pounds of each other.

As time goes by, we establish our eating habits - generally a product of our parent's eating habits.   If we are lucky, then we develop healthy eating habits.   If we are unlucky, we develop a lot of fat cells that we will carry with us until the day that we die.   We can shrink those fat cells, but we cannot get rid of them.

In school, the teachers will discuss nutrition and vitamins and so forth - but they won't and probably never will, lay out a healthy Life Plan for our daily diet.   It's always our own choices that bring us to wherever we are in life - for most of us, anyway.

But the people around us certainly do have an impact on our choices. They can take something totally wonderful and take it to hell and back before we can blink twice - or they can make dreams, Paradise!

When someone else is involved in our life, it is very hard to find a point of balance. But when that is found - wow!   Things click.   Things can be fun!

And when a point of balance cannot be found, it's totally NOT fun.   This is generally how most tiny hineys become un-tiny.

The diet is not fun, so we venture out to play with erotic, tempting foods that won't do anything but add pounds to our hiney.   We may not even realize how much damage these tempting goodies can do to our tiny hiney.

If your tiny is hiney, then work to keep it that way!   If your hiney is un-tiny, began TODAY reshaping your diet and daily activities which will in turn reshape your hiney.
