The Stone Age Caveman Diet
Grab your best fur and put on your dancing tootsies for this delicious diet-friendly Gogo cake. T he use of egg substitute, Splenda and fresh fruit allows the dieter a little Diet Naughtiness but stops before going Diet Overboard. Here is the tasty low fat diet recipe: Ingredients for Low Fat Gogo Cake: 1 box of banana cake mix, 1/2 carton of EggBeaters, 1/2 stick of soft margarine, 1 cup of mashed bananas Mix ingredients thoroughly. Next, preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven is heating, line a 9 x 12 cake pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray with the cake mixture. Next, combine the following ingredients and pour over the top of the cake mixture: 1 eight ounce bar of LIGHT cream cheese, 1/2 carton of EggBeaters, 1 cup of Splenda. Bake until done and allow to cool. Cut into squares and top with LIGHT whipped topping.
