Cheese Quiche Recipe
A very versatile low calorie, inexpensive recipe. And oh - did we mention, delicious?
Easy Cheese Quiche Recipe #1
Fill an unbaked pie crust with the following OR you can omit the pie shell:
6 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup of Frozen Spinach (thawed)
Salt, Pepper to suit personal taste
1 cup of your favorite low fat shredded cheese
Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven until done - about 20 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold. Great for breakfast, lunch or supper.
If you choose to forego the crust, be sure to spray baking dish with cooking spray before filling with egg mixture.

1/4 cup of Frozen Spinach (thawed)
Salt, Pepper
1 cup of your favorite low fat shredded cheese
Bake at 350 degrees in a
preheated oven until done - about 20 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold. Great for
breakfast, lunch or supper.
Easy Cheese Quiche Recipe #3
Use either recipe above - with or without a pie crust and add any of the following sauteed ingredients: sliced mushrooms, sweet sun-dried tomatoes that have been chopped, raw baby spinach, chopped raw onions.
