Roasted Chicken With Ramen Noodles
Ramen Noodles are one of the most inexpensive foods and can be used to create surprisingly healthy, delicious meals for any budget.
A minimal of ingredients is needed to create our tasty low calorie Roasted Chicken With Ramen Noodles recipe:
1 package of Ramen Noodles, any flavor
1 bag of frozen stir fry veggies
1 cup of cubed chicken (or use your favorite meat OR prepare vegetarian style by opting out of meat)
Your favorite Chinese sauces such as Duck Sauce.
Cook chicken until juices run clear using no calorie cooking spray. Add the frozen veggies and cook until crisp, then add the Ramen Noodles. Do NOT add the seasoning package. Noodles will quickly break down. Once they do, incorporate with the veggies and chicken.
Serve with a bit of light margarine if desired, as well as your favorite lower calorie sauces.
