Gourmet Cinderella's Pumpkin Bread
Our pumpkin bread recipe is low in calories and so simple to create. Simply mix the wet ingredients together in a small deep bowl, then mix the dry ingredients in a larger deep bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl and use your mixer to combine to a smooth consistency.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour (time varies from oven to oven). Pumpkin bread is done when it turns a golden brown and springs back when touched.
Dry Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread Lower Calorie Recipe
3 cup of all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 heaping teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 cup of pumpkin pie spice (or use a mix of ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, allspice, ground nutmeg)
Wet Ingredients for Pumpkin Bread Lower Calorie Recipe
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 small can of pumpkin (15 ounces)
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups of Splenda
