To make your pancakes special, add whipped topping and fresh fruits rather than high-calorie syrups.
To prepare our basic recipe for pancakes, simply mix the following ingredients, then cook on your stove top using cooking spray.
Our Basic Recipe for Pancakes
1 cup of all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons of sugar (or Splenda)
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
dash of salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup of skim milk
1 Tablespoon of oil
