Toasted Cheese Sandwiches

Fluffy, easy, economical and delicious - you'll jump for joy over our Toasted Cheese Sandwiches. And ours has a delicious healthy twist!

Simply spray whole grain bread (or your favorite bread) on one side with butter flavored cooking spray, then toast on the stove top. If you prefer you can opt for traditional margarine, but pay heed to the calorie and fat content.

While the second slice of toast is toasting, top with one slice of skim mozzarella cheese. Add sliced jalapeno peppers if desired, then top with the other slice of toast. That's all there is to it!

Traditional Toasted Cheese Sandwiches can contain 500 or more calories. Ours is a skinny 200 calories when 70 calorie bread is used.
