Chef's Skinny Salad Recipe
baby spinach, raw - use as much as you desire
1 small chopped tomato
3 ounces of your favorite lean meats, chopped
3 black or green olives (optional)
1 boiled egg, sliced
1 Tablespoon of grated cheese
light salad dressing (40 calories or less serving)
