Place between two slices of toasted bread, buns - or you can even opt for pita pockets or flatbread.
Add lettuce leaves, slices of tomato and presto sauce if desired. Or, spread the bread with your favorite light salad dressing.
You can toast your bread without adding calories - and still enjoy the buttery taste of a toasted sandwich by using butter flavored cooking spray in place of margarine or butter. You'll also save a load of fat grams and calories.
