Thin Thin - Still Naughty But Healthier Recipes
Butterscotch De-Light Recipe
A reduced calorie, reduced fat recipe.
- The Recipe Ingredients & Cooking Instructions
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of crushed pecans
- 1 stick of light or reduced calorie margarine

- Melt margarine and add to flour and pecans. Be sure that the margarine isn't hot, just warm. Bake in a 350° preheated oven for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden. Next, blend the following ingredients and spoon onto the baked crust:

- 8 ounces of light/reduced fat cream cheese (not fat free)
- 1/2 of a large container of light/reduced fat whipped topping
- 1 cup of powdered sugar

- Next, blend the following ingredients and spread onto the cream cheese mixture above. Top with remaining topping and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. As a note, both pecans and walnuts work exceptionally well in this reduced calorie recipe.

- 3 cups of skim milk
- 2 small boxes of sugar free/fat free instant butterscotch pudding
