Spinach Diparoo - Holiday Appetizer Recipes for
Dieters
This recipe for low fat Spinach Diparoo is so easy that you can
almost curl your hair, do your nails and make the recipe
simultaneously. So to prevent burning and over heating,
we recommend that you prepare this flash-in-the-pan
dish, then concentrate on the hair and nails. And this
not only applies to you guys out there, but the ladies
as well.....
You will need the following ingredients for this
diet-wise recipe:
1/2 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
Cooking Spray
Cracked Pepper to suit personal taste
A few dashes of Mrs. Dash - or your favorite seasoning
blends.
A small container of either Sour Cream (Light) OR
Cream Cheese (Light)
Saute spinach in cooking spray, then allow to cool.
Combine with remaining ingredients, either opting for
cream cheese or sour cream.
Serve with wheat crackers, a raw veggie tray or a
fresh fruit tray.
- If serving Spinach Diparoo with veggies or crackers,
we recommend using the Mrs. Dash.
- If serving Spinach Diparoo with fresh fruit, we
recommend using the a dash of ground cinnamon, a dash
of pumpkin pie spice and a spoon of apricot jam mixed
with the spinach and cream cheese (or sour cream) rather
than the Mrs. Dash.
