Our Flying Oinkers are truly delicious without the high fat and calories because the bacon seasons the meat. Opt for 35-50 calories per slice bacon.

 

You will need the following ingredients for this diet-wise recipe:

Chicken Tenders, uncooked

Bacon

Pepper

Cooking Spray

 

Wrap 1 slice of bacon around a chicken tender and place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Season with cracked pepper if desired. Cook until done. Arrange on a serving tray and insert frilly-topped toothpicks into the Flying Oinkers. A light dip in the center of the tray makes a nice accompaniment.
