Quick Pumpkin Bread - Holiday Dessert Recipes for

You will need the following ingredients for this
diet-wise recipe:
1 3/4 cups of white flour, sifted
1 cup of Splenda
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
Dash of Salt
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1/4 cup of Skim Milk
1/2 cup of EggBeaters
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts OR pecans OR almonds
Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl, then add the dry ingredients.
Bake in a non-stick loaf pan in a preheated 350-degree
oven until toothpick inserted in the center removes
clean. The Quick Pumpkin Bread will be a beautiful
golden brown.
