Yum Yum Eggnog - Holiday Dessert Recipes for
Dieters
Deck the halls with cups of eggnog, fa-la-la-la-la,
la-la-la-la. Get out those crystal reindeer cups and
toast the holidays with our delicious Yum Yum Eggnog
that's ultra low in fat and calories.
You will need the following ingredients for this
diet-wise recipe:
3/4 cup of skim milk
2 Tablespoons of Eggnog Creamer (found in the dairy
section amid the holidays at most markets)
1/4 teaspoon of rum extract
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Splenda if more sweetening powers are desired.
Whipped Topping, Lite - 15 calories per serving
Combine all ingredients except the whipped topping.
Top with the topping and a cherry if desired. To create
a tasty light punch, simply use 1 container of the eggnog
creamer to 1/2 gallon of skim milk. Add 1 Tablespoon
of rum extract and about 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
Ingredients can be adjusted to suit personal taste.
