Serves 8 generously for about 175 calories per slice
- Ingredients
for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe
- 1 Uncooked Pie Shell
- 1 Cartonof Egg Substitute
- 1 ½ Cups of Skimmed Milk
- 4 Slices of Bacon, Microwaved & Crumbled
- ½ Teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon of Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 ½ Cups of Reduced Fat Monterey Jack Cheese

Bake pie shell until almost done, then remove from hot oven.
Stir together remaining ingredients in a large bowl & pour into shell.
Bake in 325 degree preheated oven for about half an hour, or until knife inserted
in centre comes out clean.
Let goody stand 10 minutes before eating. the may’st enjoy 2 slices
of Quiche Royal. Add 2 cups of fresh vegetables to the meal or a salad.
