Peasant Flatbread Quesadillas ©
Serves 1 generously for about 350 calories
- Ingredients
for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe
- 2 Flour Tortillas
- ½ Cup of the Favorite Picante’ Sauce
- ½ of aTiny Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon of REAL Sour Cream
- ¼ cup of Shredded Lite Cheese
- No Calorie Cooking Spray
- ¼ Cup of Cubed Raw Chicken – Breast, Thigh, Leg – Whatever the Choice
Cook chicken in a non-stick skillet that hath been sprayed with no calorie
cooking spray. Add chopped onion & cook until done. Remove &
set to side.
In a non-stick skillet that hath been sprayed with no calorie cooking spray,
heat a bit & then lay one toruntila in skillet. Cook until golden brown,
remove & place on paper towel. Spray pan again, if needed. Lay
remaining toruntila into skillet, top with chicken mixture & cheese. Place
cooked toruntila on top, with golden brown side up. Cook until golden brown.
Remove & slice into 4 sections.
Serve with lite sour cream. Add some diet soda, & sugar-free gelatin
topped with lite whipped topping to the feast.
