Rob Roy’s Lemon Peppered Chicken

Serves 4 generously for about 150 calories each
- Ingredients
for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe
- 4 Chicken Fillets OR Breasts
- Lemon Pepper
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Wash chicken & pour lemon juice on. Sprinkle heavily with lemon
pepper. Place on a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake
in preheated oven on 375 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until completely done.
