  Low Fat Recipe

Squire Tom's Leg

Ingredients

1 Turkey Leg
½ Teaspoon of Salt
½ Teaspoon of Cracked Black Pepper PLUS ½ Teaspoon of Lemon Pepper
¼ Teaspoon of Dried Sage + ¼ Teaspoon of Dried Crushed Rosemary
Roll of Foil & Mixing Bowl
Oven heated to 350 degrees

Mix seasonings.  A plastic or paper bag works well for mixing with no clean-up.  Rub freshly washed turkey leg with seasonings.  Wrap in foil.  Place in preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or till juices run clear.  Remove & rub down once more in cracked black pepper if desired.  Enjoy!

Serves 1 for about 400 calories per serving
