Elizabethan Brownies - a Medieval Recipe

Low Fat Recipe Ingredients

1 Small Hen Egg OR Use Egg Substitute

½ Cup of Cocoa

½ Cup of Applesauce + ¼ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon

¼ to ½ Cup of Chopped Pecans (depending on how nutty thy prefer)

1 ½ Cup of White Flour + 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

6 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener + ½ Cup of REAL Sugar

Combine wet Low Fat Recipe Ingredients & add dry. Spread into 9 X 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes, or till done, in preheated oven at 325 degrees. Eat warm with a glass of ice-cold skim milk.

Drizzle brownie with 1 Teaspoon of chocolate syrup, if desired. Or, toss on a dollop of lite whipped topping. Be sure & allow for additional calories, else thy hips wilt doeth that for thee. Recipe contains about 1,500 calories based on real egg & 1/2 cup nuts.
