Medieval Corn Pudding,

Using ingredients below, scrape corn from cobs,
tossing all strings & stalks. Mix with remaining ingredients with
large spoon until well blended.
Pour into 10 X 13 baking dish that hath
been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated oven at 350
degrees, uncovered, until lightly browned – about 45 minutes.
