Low Fat Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe

1 Pound Carrots – Peeled, Washed & Shredded

1 Apple – With Skin Redder Than A Baboon’s Parts

Juice of One Lemon

½ Cup of Golden Raisins OR Dark Raisins

2 Tablespoons of Walnuts, Chopped

½ Cup of Lite Miracle Whip OR Lite Mayo

2-3 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener

Chop apple into bite-sized chunks & marinate with the juice of the lemon. The acid contained within the lemon will repel beastly brown splotches on the apple, keeping it attractive & faire to the eye of the beholder. 1 Cup of Nonfat, Sugar-free Vanilla Yogurt
