Low Fat Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe

4 Cups of Bread Flour
¼ Cup of Vegetable Shortening
½ Cup of Light Colored Brown Sugar
12 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
Dash of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cloves
1 Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
2 Tablespoons of Distilled White Vinegar
1 Teaspoon of REAL Vanilla Extract
½ Cup of Molasses
1 Hen Egg

THE WET

Cream sugar, shortening, egg, molasses, vanilla & vinegar in a very large bowl.

THE DRY

Combine flour, spices, salt & baking soda in a separate mixing bowl.

THE REST

Add dry Low Fat Recipe Ingredients to wet Low Fat Recipe Ingredients & combine until smooth.  Allow to firm up in the refrigerator for several hours, or overnite. Place dough on a lightly floured board & roll to about a ½ inch thickness. Cut out using gingerbread boy cookie cutters that hath been dipped in a smidgen of flour. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven until done – about 5-7 minutes.
