Low Fat Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe

1 Medium Sized Can of Light Peaches

2 Teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon

6-10 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener

1 ½ Cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal

4 Tablespoons of Light Colored Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Spray an 8 inch by 8 inch baking dish with no calorie cooking spray. Line dish with 1 cup of old fashioned oats. Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons of the brown sugar & 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon. Drain peaches. Add cornstarch to juice & stir until smooth. Return juice to peaches, stir. Add sugar stir again. Pour into oatmeal crust. Sprinkle top with remaining oatmeal, brown sugar & cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until warm.

Medieval Harvest Spiced Peaches

1 fresh peach, thinly sliced & popped into the microwave for about 30 seconds. Doeth not allow peach to go mush. Remove, sprinkle with cinnamon & no calorie sweetener, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar & 1 Tablespoon of oatmeal. Allow to sit for about 2 minutes before enjoying.  If the add 1 cup of green beans, 1 chunk of bread & Harvest Spiced Peaches to the meal, tack on 200 calories.
