Line dish with 1 cup of old fashioned oats. Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons of the brown sugar & 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon. Drain peaches. Add cornstarch to juice & stir until smooth. Return juice to peaches, stir. Add sugar stir again. Pour into oatmeal crust. Sprinkle top with remaining oatmeal, brown sugar & cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees until warm.
