4 generously for about 120 calories each
- Ingredients
for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe
- 4 Medium
Spuds
- No Calorie
Butter Spray From the Fridge
- Sea Salt
OR Regular Salt
- Dried Parsley
- Pepper
- Foil

- Rub clean spud with butter.
Mix sea salt & parsley. Roll spuds in the mixture then sprinkle
with pepper.
Cover with foil, sealing
tightly & place into preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes, or until done.
Top with no calorie butter
spray, additional salt & pepper, lite sour cream, 1 teaspoon bacon bits,
chives, & 2 Tablespoons of shredded REAL cheese if desired. Be sure
& tack on additional calories.
