Cabbage Leaves
- 1 Cup of
Shredded Cheese – Monterey Jack or American
Cook onion & pepper
in butter spray until onion appears clear. Add turkey & cook until done.
Add ½ sauce & mix well. Drench cabbage leaves in boiling water
for about 2 –3 minutes – or until they are limp.
Remove & drain well.
Place about 1/3 cup of prepared filling on each leaf, then fold
one side towards middle. Fold bottom up toward middle. Then finish
folding by bringing top towards middle, then other side to middle, such as the
would’st a village burrito.

parmesan cheese if desired.
