1 generously for about 250 calories
- Ingredients
for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe
- 1 Medium-Sized
Yam OR Sweet Potato
- Salt to
the Personal Taste
- No Calorie
Butter Spray From the Fridge
- Dash of
Ground Cinnamon
- ¼
Cup of Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Teaspoon
of Chopped Walnuts
- 2 Packets
of No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 Tablespoon
Light Colored Brown Sugar
- And the will need some foil
- Rub potato with butter
spray & seal in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or
until done.
Remove foil & carefully
break open hot orange object.
Add as much of the butter
spray as the like, a dash of salt, a dash of cinnamon, brown sugar, sweetener
& walnuts.
Top with mini marshmallows.
Enjoy with a Tablespoon
of whole berry, cranberry sauce, a slice of hot bread & a roasted chicken
leg seasoned with lemon pepper. Be certain to account for these additional
calories.
