Serves 1 generously for about 250 calories

Low Fat Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe

1 Medium-Sized Yam OR Sweet Potato

Salt to the Personal Taste

No Calorie Butter Spray From the Fridge

Dash of Ground Cinnamon

¼ Cup of Mini Marshmallows

1 Teaspoon of Chopped Walnuts

2 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener

1 Tablespoon Light Colored Brown Sugar

And the will need some foil

Rub potato with butter spray & seal in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until done. Remove foil & carefully break open hot orange object. Add as much of the butter spray as the like, a dash of salt, a dash of cinnamon, brown sugar, sweetener & walnuts. Top with mini marshmallows.  

Enjoy with a Tablespoon of whole berry, cranberry sauce, a slice of hot bread & a roasted chicken leg seasoned with lemon pepper. Be certain to account for these additional calories.

Potato Skins Baked Twice

Serves 1 generously for about 300 calories

1 ALMOST-Done Oven Potato, Cut Into Large Wedges

Salt & Pepper to the Personal Taste

½ Teaspoon of Dried Parsley

2 Slices of Bacon, Microwaved & Crumbled

1 Slice of REAL Cheese

1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon of No Calorie Butter Spray From the Fridge

With carving knife, cut skin away from potato flesh. Set skins inside a pie plate that hath been sprayed with a bit of the butter spray. Mash potato flesh, then stir until smooth. Add butter, salt & pepper & mix well. Spoon potato flesh back into skins.  Sprinkle on bacon & parsley. Finally, sprinkle on cheese. Bake under broiler until hot & bubbly. Top with sour cream.
