- Ingredients
for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe
- 1 Cup of
Club Soda
- 1 Cup of
White Grape Juice
- 3-4 Packs
of No Calorie Sweetener
- Crushed
Ice
Mix club soda with
the white grape juice. Add the sweetener if the desire more sweetness
in the drink – tho it be totally optional. Experiment with vanilla extract.
Serve the sparkling
ale over crushed ice & serve with a straw if desired.
The addition of grape
juice adds a health benefit to this drink as most contain a good portion of
Vitamin C. Seek REAL grape juice, not the watered-down versions passed
off by some un-noble Pharisee, also renown as grape drink.
