Crushed Ice

Simply mix & pour into dainty punchbowl.  If the substitute Sparkling Water for yon Tonic Water, calories shrink to a mere 50 for entire brew!  Wow – what a rush!

Serves 1 generously for about 65 calories

1 Tea Bag

1 Cup of Water

1 Cup Sparkling Water

1 Lemon Slice

Juice of 1 Lemon

Crushed Ice

1 Tablespoon Honey

Steep bag in 1 cup of hot water until golden brown.  Remove & add honey & lemon juice.  Add sparkling water & ice. Place lemon wedge on edge of glass.   Add additional no calorie sweetener if the desire a sweeter taste.

Mix club soda with the white grape juice.  Add the sweetener if the desire more sweetness in the drink – tho it be totally optional. Experiment with vanilla extract. Serve the sparkling ale over crushed ice & serve with a straw if desired.

The addition of grape juice adds a health benefit to this drink as most contain a good portion of Vitamin C. Seek REAL grape juice, not the watered-down versions passed off by some un-noble Pharisee, also renown as grape drink.
