Harvest Spiced Peaches ©
1 fresh peach, thinly sliced & popped into the microwave for about 30
seconds. Doeth not allow peach to go mush.
Remove, sprinkle with
cinnamon & no calorie sweetener, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar & 1 Tablespoon
of oatmeal. Allow to sit for about 2 minutes before enjoying.
If the add 1 cup of green beans, 1 chunk of bread & Harvest Spiced Peaches
to the meal, tack on 200 calories.
