Reserve contents & store hulled out contents in a sealed container for future use such as juice or soup. Dash insides of tomatoes with salt to suit the taste. Combine in bowl the cheese, olives, seeds & pepper. Spoon into tomato boats. Sprinkle with a dash of poppy seeds, if desired.
