Celtic Flapjacks ‘n Honey - Serves 6 for about 150 calories each

Celtic Flapjacks ‘n Honey are best served with a mound of fresh fruit which hath been liberally dusted in no calorie sweetener. A bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top will place a song in the heart & a tingle on the tongue.

Low Fat Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe

1 Cup of Flour

1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon of Salt

½ Cup of Water

¼ Cup of Dried Cranberries (or raisins, apples, peaches, etc.)

Non-Stick Cooking Spray

No Calorie Refrigerated Butter

6 Tablespoons of Honey

Warm cooking spray in a non stick skillet or pan.   Mix flour, water, baking powder, salt & Dried fruit(s).   Drop by spoonful onto heated skillet.   Cook completely on one side, then flatten into flatbread. Flip. Cook opposite site until golden brown. After flatbread hath cooked completely, enjoy with a spoon of warm honey & butter spray or a dollop of jam or the favorite preserves.

1 Cup of skim Milk

½ Cup of Crushed Ice

1 Small Container of Lite Whipped Topping

Blend pineapple, milk & ice well in a blender. Fold in whipped topping. My, that was easy & delicious! Top with cherry if desired or sprinkle with nutmeg.
