Serves 10 generously for about 90 calories each
This recipe is easy to make memory of. Simply think 1-2-3-4. 1
cup milk/2 cups flour/3 Tablespoons baking powder/¼ Teaspoon salt.
Now

Ingredients for Low Fat,
Low Calorie Recipe
- 1 Cup of Skimmed Milk
- 2 Cups of Flour
- 3 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon of Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine milk, flour, baking powder &
salt in a mixing bowl. Roll out on floured board & cut into 12 biscuits.
Pop into the oven until golden – about 10 minutes.
Serve with a bit of jam, preserves or honey. Or make theself a breakfast
sandwich by pilling on a piece of microwaved bacon & ½ of a scrambled
egg.
Tips
As previously mentioned, one faire apple may’st wake thee faster than
a cup of Java.
