Easy as pie! Oatmeal is not only delicious, but nutritious &
hath been touted in reducing barbaric cholesterol levels.
Experiment with the Belly Dancer recipe by adding different extracts such
as rum. Toss in a few raisins – as all villagers know what a treat rum
& raisin can be.
Ingredients for Low Fat,
Low Calorie Recipe
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Cup of Oatmeal – Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 Teaspoon of REAL Vanilla Extract
- Dash of Ground Cinnamon
- 3-5 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
- 1 Tablespoon of No Calorie Refrigerated Butter Spray
- ½ Cup Skimmed Milk
Heat water in microwave until boiling. Remove & add Dried oats.
Trot off for about 10 minutes. Add milk, cinnamon, vanilla, butter
& sweetener. Stir & enjoy.
