Tortilla Diet Tips
Both corn & flour tortillas make a most honorable substitution for bread
whilst offering thee a brand new taste! Tho bread be good, the diet can
sprout a boring species of mold if not thoughtfully rotated with interesting
foods that harbor new tastes, new textures, new looks.
The average village corn tortilla contains ˝ OR LESS calories than
flour tortillas. However, most flour tortillas are much thicker &
will cling to the belly for a longer length of time – just one simple reason
why the might prefer flour to corn. There are also some villagers who
be allergic to corn, so therefore, flour tortillas reign.
The typical villager fryes tortillas – but thou doesn’t NOT desire this cooking
mode whilst on the diet journey. Adjust to a healthier way by placing
the tortillas – be they corn or be they flour – in between the cushion of a
few papertowels or napkins. Heat in the microwave until warm – as tiny
as 10 seconds. Keep a watchful eye, for ye old microwaves vary in temperature.
Or, thou can’st steam these gypsy lovelies by placing them into a steamer,
or in the top belly of a double boiler (2 stair-stepped pans, the lower filled
with boiling water).
