Serves 12 generously for about 110 calories each

Low Fat Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe

2 Fresh Hen Eggs
½ Cup of skim Milk
1 Teaspoon of REAL Vanilla Extract
12 Packets of No Calorie Sweetener
1 ½ Cups of White Flour
1 ½ Teaspoons of Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon of Crème of Tartar
1 Ripened Banana – Fully Mashed by the Tot’s Tootsie
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
½ Cup of Light Brown Sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Next, in the mixing bowl combine milk, eggs, vanilla, sweetener, crème of tartar, baking soda & mashed banana. Slowly incorporate the white flour – stirring the bowl of goodies with a gentle hand, not a barbaric hand or the might produce 12 tough muffins.
