Silver Platter Sausages ©
Recipe contains about 1,500 calories & makes enough sausages for the
King’s army
Silver Platter Sausages are perfect for those early morn entertainment events.
They will feed a small herd nicely. They are also the King’s favorite
appetizer at ye old annual Renaissance Faire!
Ingredients for Low Fat,
Low Calorie Recipe
- 3 Cups of Reduced Fat Bisquick
- ½ Pound of the Leanest Sausage
- 2 Cups of Reduced Fat Cheese
- ½ Cup Parmesan
- ½ Teaspoon Rosemary – Either Dried or Fresh
- ¼ Teaspoon Sage – Either Dried or Fresh
- ½ Teaspoon Parsley – Either Dried or Fresh
Mix well; shape into balls & bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for
about 25 minutes. Serve warm. A dipping sauce is highly recommended.
Opt for a bit of orange marmalade, melted.
