Medieval High Noon Eggs

Serves 3 generously for about 300 calories each
- Ingredients
for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Cracked, Peeled, Washed & Patted Dry
- 6 Slices of Bacon, Microwaved OR 6 Thin Slices of Honey Ham
- 3 Sheets of Filo Dough (Each cut in half to form 6 small sheets.)
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
When cooking bacon, remove from the oven when done, but before it grows crispy.
Wrap hard boiled egg with cooked bacon or honey ham.
Cover with Filo dough (found in frozen aisle of village market). Bake
at 350 degrees until golden. Serve with dab of honey mustard or ranch dressing.
