Medieval Perchance Salmon Fillets

Serves 1 generously for about 400 calories

1 Large Fillet of Salmon (½ pound)

Lemon Pepper

Salt & Cracked Black Pepper

Parsley

Non-Stick Cooking Spray 

Spray baking pan with cooking spray.   Sprinkle salmon with salt & peppers on both sides. Bake until fork tender at 350 degrees. Decorate with parsley if the feel merry.

Cheesy Tavern Spuds

Serves 4 generously for about 200 calories

Low Fat Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat, Low Calorie Recipe

4 Roasted Potatoes Cooked Firm, Then Peeled & Thinly Sliced

½ Cup of Light Finely Grated Cheese

¼ Cup of skim Milk

4 Slices of Bacon, Microwaved & Crumbled

Salt & Pepper to the Personal Taste

1 Tablespoon of No Calorie Refrigerated Butter Spray

Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Arrange sliced potatoes in a baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Add salt & pepper. Sprinkle on bacon. Mix milk with butter spray & pour on spuds. Top with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is bubbly. Serve with 1 cup of fresh green beans & a slice of bread.  

A bowl of warmed Harvest Spiced Peaches can be added to compliment the meal.
