Kissing Soup, a Diet RecipeOur low calorie, no fat soup recipe for teens.
This recipe serves 4 generously for about 50 calories each A wooden bowl, a black bowl, a blue bowl, a white bowl, a red bowl, a yellow bowl – almost any color bowl will enhance the beauty of this rich soup. Kissing Soup is light enough for warm weather, yet full and hearty for fall days & cold wintry nights. It can be served either hot or cold. Special Warning: Thy lips wilt be sweet from this loose nectar, so be prepared for faire amounts of kissing. When I brewed this special love potion for my true love Tom, I wanted to keep it simple. That's exactly how dieting should be - simple AND delicious!
Kissing Soup Ingredients 4 cups of frozen peaches (50 calories per cup) Cook peaches until warm in microwave. Carefully remove and place into blender. Blend until you have a peachy smooth potion. Add a dash or two of ground cinnamon, and sweeten with Splenda (or your favorite sugar) using as much or as little as you like to suit your own personal taste. Adding real sugar to this recipe will not tack on that many calories as long as you don't add too much. Spray with whipped cream if desired and add on those calories as we didn't count those in our calorie calculation - but they are small; about 15 calories per serving.
