KISSING SOUP© - our low calorie, no fat recipe for teensServes 4 generously for about 50 calories each
Kissing Soup is light enough for warm weather, yet full and hearty for fall days & cold wintry nights. Serve hot or cold. Special Warning: Thy lips wilt be sweet from this loose nectar, so be prepared for faire amounts of kissing. Tom and I prepared this recipe - keeping it simple. It's how dieting should be - simple AND delicious! Kissing Soup Ingredients
4 cups of frozen peaches (50 calories per cup)
Splenda
Ground Cinnamon
Reduced Fat Whipped Topping In Spray Can
Cook peaches until warm in microwave. Carefully remove and place into blender. Blend until you have a peachy smooth potion. Add a dash or two of ground cinnamon, and sweeten with Splenda using as much or as little as you like to suit your own personal taste.
Spray with whipped topping if desired and add on those calories as we didn't count those in our calorie calculation.
