- Whip your diet plan! Do you like peanut butter? Cream cheese? Margarine? Opt for the whipped versions and save 1/3 or more calories plus fat grams. You'll get the full-blown taste without the full-blown calories.

- Grab spices and fresh herbs to liven up dishes without adding calories.
